Specialization: individual and group sessions for all levels, using Pilates equipment (Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel) as well as classical mat exercises.
I pay close attention to anatomical precision, movement quality and a mindful, conscious approach to every session.
My goal is to create safe, effective and integrative movement, where the body works in harmony with the mind.
I work with a wide range of goals and needs:
- Improving posture and joint mobility
- Enhancing breathing quality and concentration
- Addressing back pain and post-injury recovery
- Postnatal recovery and returning to movement after long breaks
- Developing body awareness and inner balance
Each session is adapted to the client's physical condition, goals, and level of preparation.
I believe that movement can be medicine, and my mission as a trainer is to share this resource professionally with care, precision, and attention.
