• Stress reduction, muscle tension relief, and support with fatigue, headaches, and anxiety — through movement, breathing work, and sensorimotor integration.
Education & Approach:
The method is based upon years of training and practice in Polestar Pilates, Anatomy Trains, Thirs4Function Biomechanics, TRX, and Life Fitness systems.
The approach combines modern understanding of movement, fascial anatomy, neuromotor regulation, and functional fitness.
The core principle is developing body awareness, restoring balance, and enhancing physical resilience through mindful movement.
