Don't miss a unique opportunity - DNS training in Tbilisi
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) - Prague School of Rehabilitation
DNS exercises reinforce the original movement patterns that humans follow during the first year of life.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) - Prague School of Rehabilitation
A technique based on neurodevelopmental and motor control, restores movement through activation of innate stabilization patterns.
About DNS method
The nervous system programs motor control for posture, movement, and gait early in life. DNS helps restore natural movement patterns by stimulating the brain’s control centers and reactivating the body’s innate stabilizing functions. Before any movement, key muscles—including spinal stabilizers, deep neck flexors, the diaphragm, and the pelvic floor—engage automatically. DNS Movement Flow reinforces efficient movement, making it a powerful tool for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and enhancing physical function in both children and adults.

Advantages of DNS training
  • Universal
The DNS method is suitable for fitness and yoga instructors, trainers, physical therapists, doctors, massage therapists and other professionals working with movement and rehabilitation.
  • Scientifically valid
The DNS method is based on neurophysiological research that confirms the role of the central nervous system in movement control. It has proven effectiveness in rehabilitation and sports, improving motor control, core stabilization and posture, based on biomechanics and neurodevelopmental data.
  • Focused on practice
Knowledge of DNS helps to work effectively with patients and athletes to recover from injuries, correct posture disorders, improve motor control and improve athletic performance.
